Last Swim Class

We're so sad that when summer ended, so did Lexie's swim classes.  I cannot say enough great things about Leahi.  Their teachers are so patient with the kids.  We love their pool (it's heated with a canopy).  And best of all, they made Lexie very confident in the water.  I still remember that first day in May when she would barely touch her face to the water.  When she ended her class in August, she was swimming on her own.
Many children went back to school, so Lexie's last class turned into a private lesson with Uncle Kyle.
She learned so much in such a short time.  We're looking forward to next summer for more lessons.
Her strokes and kicking have come a long way!
We're so impressed how far this little girl can swim.  And she holds her breath forever!
Lexie will miss Uncle Zach!  He was her first swim teacher and even though she wasn't in his class, he always came to get her from us and would bring her into the pool.  It's because of him, Lexie learned so much and loved the water.  I know Uncle Zach was very proud of her when she moved up to the next class with Uncle Kyle.
Lexie got her second medal.  She loves those medals!
She was happy that Grandma Sharon and Uncle Les came to watch her swim.  They were impressed with how well she did in the pool.
