Last night, Lexie got a heartfelt gift from her beloved aunties. Aunty Dawn was the lucky winner of this amazingly gorgeous centerpiece. With tears in their eyes, Aunty Dawn and Aunty Terry insisted that the centerpiece should go to Lexie because it was the same colors as the ones I'd pick for Lexie. I told them that I couldn't possibly accept such a generous gift because it didn't have Lexie's other color which is brown. So, Lexie's other aunties and uncles, who shall go unnamed, tried to be creative and came up with unique ideas to make Lexie's color scheme. Who knew pink went with beer bottles and chocolate cake??
