Ever since we got our referral for Lexie, we knew that we wanted to paint her nursery pink and brown, but we never found a pink or brown paint color that we could be happy with. I didn't want bubble gum pink. I also didn't want the brown to look like we threw mud on the wall.
After spending an hour at Home Depot and looking at tons of paint samples, Eric and I chose pink heather which is a dark raspberry pink and aged teal which looks like deep dark chocolate. We bought some paint samples and were very pleased with the results. It took about 3 coats to get the perfect shade. Now that we got the colors, we can start getting creative. I love these wall letters. Of course, it will say "Lexie"!!!
