Trolley Ride

Our agency invited us to go on a trolley ride to view the Christmas lights. We got to meet other families who have adopted children from Ethiopia, China and Taiwan. Lexie was very excited to ride the trolley. She couldn't wait for the trolley to get moving.
Lexie had a lot of fun hearing Christmas music and seeing all of the pretty lights. She was so sweet. Lexie was standing next to me and she turned and kissed my cheek, then she stretched her body so that she could kiss my other cheek. Don't know where she learned the double cheek kiss, but I'm not complaining. During the ride, she kissed me many times. I think she was letting me know that she was enjoying the trolley. Look at that smile! Totally melts my heart.
After the ride, we back to our agency for refreshments. They had taken each child's picture by the Christmas tree and made little ornaments for them. Lexie didn't want to go in the room with Santa but she didn't cry when we took our picture.
Santa gave her a ticket to play a fishing game and Lexie was happy that she reeled in some bubbles.
