My spring break went by pretty fast. It makes me wish I could be a stay at home mom, so I can spend more time with Lexie. I missed the first 8 months of her life and then being at work everyday, I feel that I miss so much of her growing up. It's so hard to go back to work. I miss that munchkin like crazy.
We played at this cute little beach with beautiful white sand and a lagoon.
She could not take her eye of the water. We promised Lexie that we would bring her back real soon to go swimming.
No spring break is complete without a trip to the zoo. We took Lexie to see the monkeys because she spent 2 weeks learning about monkeys at Gymboree.
Then we headed to the Keiki Zoo where Lexie could run around and pet some animals. She loved this creepy looking lizard.
We have a turtle at home, so Lexie was excited to see this huge one. I think if she could, she would have climbed on its back and gone for a ride.
Lexie ended the day by riding on Daddy's shoulders. This was the perfect end to a perfect day!
Seriously she looks like she is considering getting on the turtle!! She and Hayden were separated at birth I swear.... They love all the same things madly!!!!

I'm so sorry your break is over and I hope the next one is just around the corner! It IS hard when something you anticipate is over in the blink of an eye ~ and then there is the missing part....*sigh* I know that must be difficult and I'm sending big ole hugs!

Her expressions are just priceless ~ I *heart* her!! AND that bouncy house ~ considered one for T man and wasn't sure if it would get used much....looks like it would be a hit! :)

Sorry your break time is over, it's so hard to leave them and go back to work world. I can see from the next post you made up for it with a fun day at the beach!
