Lexie has turned into a full-fledged climber. She used to be content to sit on the cement part of the wall. Mind you, it's not very wide, so only a tiny thing like Lexie could fit on it. Now she sticks her little fingers between the planks and and pulls her little feet up and just hangs there.
She's like a little version of spiderman hanging on to the side of a wall. And when she loses her grip, she lets her legs down and tries again. She can hang there pretty long. It's amazing how strong those little fingers are!
Lexie got a special delivery from her grandpa. He sent a box filled with clothes. There were snowmen globes that change colors (Lexie loves watching those). She got a Christmas book that we can record our voices. She loved her new doll, but her favorite thing in the box was these pair of boots. They are a little big for her, but she wanted to wear them. This girl loves her boots. Everytime we go out, she says "boots" because that's what she wants to wear.
What a nice Grandpa!! ~ its always such fun to receive something unexpected in the mail!!!
ReplyDeleteLittle Man loves boots too, but his tastes tend to run more to his fireman boots or in a pinch, Elmo fuzzy slippers! LOL
What a climber she is ~ and she looks so content and climb hanging there!! Mighty cute too! :)
