Then when she got bored of watching videos, she thought her car seat made a good ladder. Lexie is getting to be a good climber. She climbed to the top of a 6 ft. ladder by herself. And the other morning, she had her leg over the side of the crib. We may be converting it to a toddler bed quicker than we thought.

At the pumpkin patch with Alia and Uncle Greg.

Too HEAVY!! Lexie is strong. She likes to pick up my 4 pound weights and will make these grunting noises like she's doing exercises.

Love Lexie's face in this one. She was so excited during the hay ride. It was pure joy listening to her laugh.

She loves to ride on daddy's shoulders and pull his hair!

We found these adorable boots at Walmart. Not that it gets freezing cold here in Hawaii, but it just looks super cute on those skinny legs.

Lexie loves her boots and shoes and sandals. She also loves to put on her mommy and daddy's shoes. What's great about these boots is the bottom is clear, so we can see her toes. Lexie is a toe cruncher and we don't always know if her foot is all the way in, so these boots really help with that.

The weather changes really quickly. We'll be out in the yard and it's hot and then all of a sudden, we start to feel a little autumn chill. So now Lexie can start wearing her warmer clothes.

You can see her little piggies in this picture!

Seriously this girl is a CLIMBER!!! Wow you are going to need to install a climbing wall for her:)
ReplyDeleteShe is just so tiny...do people give you looks because you have a 1 yr old that walks, talks and climbs?? I would guess they never believe her real age!! I get that about H and she is not nearly this tiny!!
Darling pics and I love the clear bottom boots!! What a great idea, all kid shoes should have these so you know how they are fitting!
By the way, that autumn chill....I think that is relative:)
Tiny but mighty!!!!!!!!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteThose boots are the cleverst EVER!! That IS hard when you can't tell if their feet are all the way in....plus they are darling too!!
Our weather has been SO unpredictable here....its all layers for us of late. Lots of 'em in the mornings and then we peel off as we go!!
Glad your weekend was such fun!!
P.S. OH, our Lauren climbed out of her crib early too...after one terrifying fall(she was fine, I was NOT) :) , we made the early switch too!!
