This has certainly been the strangest summer ever. Usually June is bright and sunny, but we've been having thunderstorms, lightning and rain, rain, rain! Finally there was a day with some blue skies, but not for long. So we took advantage of this weather and brought out Lexie's pool.
We only got to play in it for about an hour and it started to get cloudy. Even though Lexie was freezing, she did not want to get out of the water.
We hope the weather gets better so we can have more water days and maybe even go to the beach. After all, aren't we supposed to be living in paradise because it sure doesn't feel that way!
Lexie can't wait for her friends to come over to play with her. We will be crossing our fingers for sunny weather on that day!!
We've been having crazy weather here too! One day it is 103 degrees and the next it is 52! Glad you were able to find a few moments for outdoor fun!
