Happy 6 months!

Happy half year, Lexie!! We wish we could be sharing this special day with you. We're sending you lots of hugs & kisses because we know that's what you love.

We're trying to be patient, but it's hard knowing that you're just a plane ride away and we can't do anything about it. We hope and pray that we get to be with you very soon. Everyday that we're apart seems like a lifetime.

We asked our agency about pictures, but haven't heard back from them. We don't think it's asking too much to want a few pictures. It's been 2 months since the last ones and those pictures are the only connection we have with Lexie.

We saw a cute ladybug Halloween costume. We were going to buy it because ladybugs are good luck for adoptions. But, we decided to wait on it because we weren't sure if Lexie would even be here for Halloween. How sad is that!

Okay, I'm getting depressed now. Got to remain positive!!! We're in the final stretch and we just need to believe that everything will work out and Lexie will be with us before we know it. Thank you to everyone for your support and always keeping Lexie in your thoughts and prayers. She is definitely loved!
