I'm happy to report some good news on our court process. Our social worker talked to the court clerk and since the investigation agency has not been able to locate Lexie's birth mom, the judge has approved us as her parents. He now has to make the official ruling.
When he will make that ruling, we have no idea. It may be next week, it may be next month. It's whenever he has time, so we hope and pray he finds the time and we can be on our way to pick up Lexie and bring her home.
We hope the good vibes continue because we're finally seeing that light at the end of the tunnel. It was dim for awhile there!
