Thank you to Eric's wonderful family for our "surprise" shower. It was very heartwarming to know that all of you are just as excited as we are about Lexie. Thank you Jodi, Terry, Dawn and Mom for going shopping for Lexie. Thank you everyone, we love the car seat and the crib mattress. Eric thanks you because now he doesn't have to use the girly car seat in his car. Thank you Aunty Joy, Uncle B, Kevin & Kyle for sending the cute onesies and towel all the way from Maui.

Eric & I were kind of in a funky mood this week because we haven't heard much about Lexie's court hearing and we were feeling a little sad since we didn't get any new pictures, but this shower really touched our hearts. We loved what all of you wrote in her card, especially Aron. He said, "that he'll love her so much and help to bring her up right." Your love and support through this adoption process has been amazing and we know that Lexie will be so lucky and fortunate to be a part of this family!
