Wow, I can't believe this is my 100th post. I never thought I would write that much, but living with Lexie has sure made life interesting. I guess it's only fitting to celebrate with the latest in Lexie happenings.
As you know, we've been working on getting Lexie to be more affectionate. She has a doggie (thanks, Aunty Lorna), that sings and talks when you press his body parts. She loves when he talks to her and then when he's done, she'll lean over and kiss him on the nose. Now, this dog doesn't even have to be talking to her, I just tell Lexie, "Give your doggie a kiss" and she'll do it. We just think this is so hilarious and a little bit sad because she'll kiss this dog, but won't give us the time of day. Instead, she wiggles her snake-like tongue at us and makes a goofy face, so we can only laugh at her and not be too mad.
In our defense, we think that if we were made of soft, felt material, then Lexie would be kissing us too!
