I went back to work today and Lexie had to go to the doctor. Don't know which was worse.
Lexie has finally reached 14 pounds. She grew almost an inch. She's been eating a lot more, but I guess the food just goes right through her. Not more than 15 minutes after she eats, we get a little surprise in her diaper. It's like clock work! Hopefully by feeding her a half bottle more of baby food and increasing her formula, she'll gain a little more weight.
Poor thing, she had 4 shots today. I'm so glad that she was able to get the H1N1 because a lot of times, the doctors have run out of it. Lexie also had to get another vial of blood drawn. Eric said that she didn't mind the shots, she just didn't like being held down on the table. Once she sat up, she stopped crying.
Maybe in a year, Lexie will be as big as her cousin Jade. Then they both can chase after red lights on the wall!!

Thanks Aunty Jodi for inviting us for dinner the other night. The koge musubis were really good. Since we forgot Lexie's jacket when we were walking home, Eric thought this was a good way to keep her warm. It was so funny because you could only see Lexie's head sticking out. Mikki said they looked like siamese twins.
