No, No, No!

Ever since Lexie started crawling, she loves to touch everything that she can get her hands on. Her most favorite things usually belongs to the boys, like their bones, dog food or water dish.

Lexie is beginning to talk more and when she knows she's doing something she shouldn't be doing, she'll say "No, no, no!" Then she'll go right back and do it again. She hasn't quite learned what "NO" means.

Lexie has also learned that if she's caught doing something naughty, it's good to turn on the charm. Usually a smile will make mom and dad laugh.

Today, we went to Gymboree music class. The theme was Queen music, so we sang "We Will Rock You" and the babies got to play with the wave drums. Then they used bells to learn how to shake and stop. It was cute, but I think Lexie needs to move around more, so we signed her up for the play group instead. That one is a little more social and she gets to crawl around and climb on stuff, which she really enjoys doing.

We went to check on the progress of our house. We're happy to say that Lexie's room is painted!!! Hooray!! Don't the colors look awesome. It was neat to see the colors on the wall. We can't wait for the chair rail to be put on.

When we walked into Lexie's room, she got all excited and was bouncing around and staring at the walls. I think that means she approved of the color choice.

We hope we can move into our house soon because we're in the midst of planning Lexie's 1st birthday and we really want to have her celebration in our new home!
